The products ordered by you are delivered within 48 hours - 5 working days, depending
on availability. You will be informed by telephone or email of your order status, including
delivery details. The parcels are delivered by express courier only on the territory of
Romania.
Delivery fees:
- FREE - for orders over 250 lei
- For orders under 250 lei the transportation fee is 20,00 lei.
- A supplementary 20,00 lei fee is added in the case of cash on delivery paying
method.
Do not forget to check and fill in the amount of the cash on delivery, which generates
additional costs.
Seroussi brand, implicit NORADA SA, is not responsible for any damage during
transportation caused to the product / products ordered by you, it is entirely the courier
service’s duty, according to the legislation in force.
We will replace the damaged
products, after proof of guilt and after noticing within 24 hours of receipt of the package,
within the limits of existing stocks and availability.
